Who love to eat? Eating good and healthy food is an
essential part of living and so the way we eat is also important. When on the table with daddy, mummy and any other person, we
should always;
- Remember that we should not play while eating.
- We should not talk to prevent choking when the food is our mouth
- No elbows on the table.
- Remember to sit upright
- Don’t worry about your hat, you could leave it in the room and wear it back on after eating
- Learn how to use the silverware (fork, spoon and knife) and use them properly
- Always wash your hands before eating
- Use your napkins if they are available
- No reaching when eating, kindly ask for help
- NEVER forget to say ‘THANK YOU’ to mummy and daddy.
